Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special rates and promotional offers are non-refundable. These bookings are clearly marked during the booking process. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for any refund regardless of cancellation timing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days from approval
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-7 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation once refund is initiated
  • Payment gateway fees may not be refundable

Modifications vs. Cancellations

If you need to modify your booking rather than cancel:

  • Date changes are subject to availability
  • No charges for modifications made 7+ days in advance
  • Rate differences may apply for date changes
  • Contact us immediately to discuss modification options

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies that prevent you from completing your stay, we will work with you to:

  • Reschedule your booking without penalties
  • Provide credit for future bookings
  • Process partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund:

  1. Log into your account on our website
  2. Navigate to “My Bookings”
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click “Cancel Booking” and follow the prompts
  5. Alternatively, contact our customer service team

Disputes and Issues

If you believe you're entitled to a refund not covered by this policy, please contact us with:

  • Your booking reference number
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)
